Villa Magdalena, built in 1823, has been thoughtfully revitalized and today presents itself as a versatile event venue with a distinctive atmosphere. Bright, light-filled rooms and a well-designed spatial concept create the perfect setting for modern events with up to 120 guests.
Whether corporate events, annual celebrations, product presentations, workshops, seminars & trainings, or private celebrations – atmosphere, flexibility, and style come together here to create an event experience that leaves a lasting impression. Ballroom
The over 360 m² ballroom forms the representative center of the villa and provides the ideal setting for exclusive events, corporate functions, conferences, or private celebrations. High-quality herringbone parquet flooring, ornate stucco ceilings, elegant wall paneling, and stylish chandeliers combine historic charm with modern accents, creating a distinctive yet relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the generous space, maximum design flexibility, and direct access to the garden, the hall can be adapted to a wide range of event formats. Round tables and high-quality seating are already included in the equipment. In addition, the hall is accessible by vehicle, allowing for convenient setup and dismantling as well as special staging possibilities.

On the upper floor, a total of six stylish rooms are available, offering accommodation for up to 18 guests. These include a spacious suite for two people, four high-quality double rooms, and a master suite with a cozy lounge area for up to 8 people.
An ideal solution for events with overnight stays, multi-day gatherings, or celebrations where the evening can end in a relaxed atmosphere.

Bar
The integrated bar in the ballroom immediately catches the eye and quickly becomes the focal point of any event. Whether it’s a sparkling aperitif, a creative cocktail, or a personal favorite drink – this is where guests gather, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere in a relaxed setting. Perfect for celebrating the moment with great conversations and drinks.
Garden
The exclusive garden with its elegant pavilion provides the ideal setting for stylish outdoor events. Open and spacious, yet sheltered at the same time – perfect for receptions, presentations, or social gatherings under the open sky.
Annex
The modern glass annex on the ground floor creates additional space for events and impresses with its light-filled, elegant atmosphere. Independent of the weather and full of unique charm, it is perfect for receptions, networking, or social gatherings – stylish, relaxed, and ideal for unforgettable moments.
Terrace
From the ballroom, you step directly onto the terrace by the Mur – a wonderful place to take a breath. Whether for short breaks in between or relaxed encounters, this is the place to be away from the bustle.
Wine Cellar
The wine cellar invites guests to exclusive wine tastings in a stylish jungle-inspired setting. In this unique atmosphere, guests can enjoy fine wines and take a relaxed break between program points. Optionally available as an add-on.

Villa Magdalena will officially open its doors in summer 2026. We would be happy to meet you at the location beforehand for a viewing so you can get a first impression.

Villa Magdalena provides the ideal setting for events with up to 120 guests. For those who would like to end the day in a relaxed way, accommodation for up to 18 people is available directly on site. This allows guests to spend time together, celebrate, and enjoy the event a little longer.
Is parking available?
Plenty of free parking spaces are available on the property as well as within walking distance.
How much does an event at Villa Magdalena cost?
The rental of the ballroom, including the use of the infrastructure, is charged at a fixed price. Individual additional services and extras are billed separately. We would be happy to inform you personally about our options and pricing during a non-binding meeting – true to the motto: “Nothing is impossible.”
What catering options are available?
We are happy to support you in planning the catering for your event – the on-site infrastructure allows for the catering of all your guests. Alternatively, you can also arrange external catering, entirely according to your ideas and wishes.
